Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
Outlet: Arrowhead Property Management
Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour
Shift Availability: Part-Time / Year-Round
Skill Level: Entry
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to work at any employee Housing property throughout Summit County and the Keystone Resort in order to assist with necessary housekeeping needs.
Cleaning apartment windows, doors, walls, carpets, floors and kitchens.
Washes shower walls and tubs, cleans toilets, and cleans mirrors, sinks and walls in order to maintain sanitary, tidy apartments.
Conducts daily walks of assigned buildings to ensure property is free of trash and high touch points are sanitized.
Participates in all necessary training.
Reports any damages, abuse or non-working equipment to supervisor.
Clean units in accordance with the property’s quality standards.
Adheres to time constraints and work as a member of a cohesive team.
Works well with others and provides excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
Performs additional tasks or projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or condos-Required
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Able to work holidays and weekends
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 30 pounds
Able to communicate in Spanish – helpful
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.04. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
