The Utility Support Staff position is responsible for general club duties, including but not limited to: bussing tables, stocking and distributing goods/products/beverages, handling trash and recycles, maintaining cleanliness of service areas, bathrooms and kitchen, snow removal, ski rack set up and overall building appearance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Full responsibility for cleanliness and organization of facility, including interior and exterior of building, kitchen areas & stock areas. Duties include, but is not limited to, the following: cleaning tables and seats inside and out, cleaning and stocking food line, stocking and cleaning condiment stations, taking out garbage and recyclables, cleaning up the area around facility, and cleaning and stocking the bathrooms.

  • Snow removal for all decks, walkways and stairs.

  • Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures.

  • Janitorial duties to ensure that Facility is clean and "ready to go" at all times.

  • Maintain friendly, team spirit with a focus on guest services.

  • Provide customers with resort and location information.

  • Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.

  • Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and outside weather conditions.

  • Be available for flexible working hours based on business volume.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.

  • Be able to lift 25-50 lbs on a regular basis.

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Scheduling options: Our Holiday Help scheduling requires a minimum of 15 shifts and the following scheduling options are available:

  • Scheduling Option 1:

  • One set day per week for the entirety of the winter season

  • Scheduling Option 2:

  • Scheduled fifteen shifts within the following dates: December 17 - January 21, February 14 – March 30
