The Owner's Concierge provides exceptional service and creates loyal relationships with Village at Breckenridge homeowners. The Owner's Concierge develops meaningful relationships with in-town vendors, realtors and other Vail Resorts’ outlets. This position will not only build relationships with our current homeowners, but provides potential owners with accurate information in regards to our rental services and offerings. The Owner's Concierge will be influential in maintaining rental units on our program, conducting monthly owner billing, and assist with bringing new units into the rental program.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Create open and on-going conversation with current VAB rental owners via pre-arrival phone calls to owners
Strengthen relationships with owners by making reservations and creating a more welcoming atmosphere for current owners
Walk owner units prior to arrival, write welcome letters, arrange welcome and loyalty gifts for owners, and personally check owners into their units
Basic knowledge of rental revenue numbers and services to answer owner questions and promote to potential buyers
Expand owner loyalty program specific to Village at Breckenridge homeowners by working closely with local vendors and Vail Resorts to provide owners discounts on local dining and activities.
Manage owners databases to enhance relationship
Prepare monthly owner newsletters for the Village at Breckenridge and BPM homeowners
Conduct accurate monthly owner billing and maintain record of owners concessions
Assist with owner upgrades and rental rating program
Maintain HotSos and expedite unit repairs with engineering department
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous hospitality experience
Experience with LMS and/or HotSos
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Appropriate grammar and telephone etiquette, must be proficient in writing professional business emails and letters to external guests
English and Math skills
Exceptional customer service and willingness to be out-front in approaching potential clients and owners
Exceptional organizational skills
Bachelor's degree - preferred
Concierge experience - preferred
