Summary of Job:

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Architect based out of our Broomfield, CO headquarters who can successfully manage our digital analytics platform and ensure data integrity across multiple websites and report suites. In this role, you will apply expert knowledge of web analytics concepts, tools, and best practice techniques for development and implementation to build and sustain trusted partnerships and relationships across business and technical functions while delivering on prioritized analytics initiatives. You will work to develop a deep understanding of our current and potential guests’ preferences and behaviors and identify the most effective ways to reach and retain them through digital marketing channels. You will help to define our marketing strategy and guide execution across multiple digital channels, with the dual objective of growing our guest addressability and improving cost efficiency.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all analytics operations, development and implementation strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

  • Provide hands-on guidance on execution across digital channels

  • Oversee the development and support of our marketing automation platform

  • Responsible for timely completion of technical design specifications, development activities, test plans and documentation

  • Lead implementation efforts of A/B and multivariate tests that improve marketing funnel performance

  • Develop and continually enhance attribution methodologies that take into account multiple touchpoints across a number of channels to inform marketing spend allocation decisions

  • Work closely with the business teams to monitor, measure and support reporting on digital marketing effectiveness

  • Drive consistent tagging and instrumentation across our digital properties including first party and third party tags

  • Track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across multiple teams; serve as contact for all analytics/tracking implementation requests

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization as well as third party partners


  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science or similar field is required

  • 5+ years of experience working in implementation based marketing or analytics positions at high-performance e-commerce company or within a digital marketing agency

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and other digital reporting and automation tools is required

  • Experience with and deep understanding of KPI development and attribution methodologies

  • Knowledge of scripting technologies like Node.js for data, content retrieval and persistence and service orchestration

  • Experience managing, manipulating and setting up large data sets (e.g., Transaction data, CRM data, Analytics data) for analyses at different levels of sophistication

  • Understanding of data management architecture paradigms for Adobe Marketing cloud

  • Understanding of relational databases & unstructured datasets including data extraction and manipulation required

  • Ability to translate technical analytics results into business insights

  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills (externally and internally at all levels)

  • Experience in machine learning a plus
