Vail Resorts Manager of Corporate Experience in Broomfield, Colorado

Job Summary:
The Manager – Corporate Experience , reporting to the Sr Manager of Culture & Engagement, will be responsible for driving engagement and delivering excellent employee experiences to our corporate population. They will champion our core values and ensure all corporate employees feel connected, included, and engaged, regardless of if they are virtual, hybrid or in-office, by designing, executing, and measuring programs aligned to corporate population-focused talent strategies to deliver strategic business goals. They will measure and monitor engagement for the corporate population, continuously improving experiences at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

The budgeted range starts at $74,000 - $110,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience

Job Responsibilities:
Foster a strong corporate culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values, ensuring employees feel included and engaged by designing, executing, facilitating, and measuring the success of all Corporate population focused in-person, virtual and hybrid engagement activities. This includes hosting activations, facilitating core cultural programs, and partnering with internal stakeholders to bring key cultural experiences to life
Identify corporate moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle and design cohesive engagement plans that will drive engagement and employee satisfaction at all stages of the employee journey.
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand goals, objectives and focus areas to drive a best-in-class experience for all Corporate employees. Partner with key stakeholders to execute on engagement strategies.
Partner with Corporate HRBPs to align Culture & Engagement strategies with functional talent goals to improve the employee experience and work culture.
Govern and lead the Corporate Street Team Best Practice Group to drive the employee experience.
Partner closely with Office Services to bring corporate culture to life in the workspace.
Deliver excellent onboarding experiences for all Corporate new hires, including facilitating onboarding sessions.
Manage hybrid culture and engagement budget.
Develop and maintain success metrics to measure Corporate employee experience and effectiveness of activations.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience Design: Understand what drives a positive employee experience and bring engaging, inclusive cultural activations (virtual, in-person and hybrid) to life, leveraging human-centered design.
Project Management: Detail orientation, documentation, communication, risk management and follow-through.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships, connect with, gather data and insights from, and lead multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Program measurement and data-driven storytelling: Leverage data-driven people insights to deliver business and human resources strategic priorities to ensure alignment between employee experience and culture objectives and results.
Facilitation: Actively engage diverse groups of people in content and experiences, actively listen, effectively guide discussions, and ensure all voices are heard.
Technology Acumen: Ability to seamlessly produce hybrid and virtual programs
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in HR, employee experience, customer service, or marketing
At least 3 years of experience designing and facilitating engaging experiences for a cross-functional audience
Tech savvy, self-starter with a drive for excellence, comfortable navigating various systems and can “self-teach”
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong working relationships
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, proven ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Experience managing complex projects, problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Experience leading multiple projects on time and on budget
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $74,000 - $110,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
