Job Summary:

The Lead IT Tech will provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and assistance for all resort-wide systems. Responsibilities include strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, wired and wireless networks, security cameras, as well as creating and maintaining documentation. The Lead IT Tech will work with the IT team to proactively identify problems and facilitate resolutions in a Windows 11 and Windows Server environment, as well as support the company’s Point of Sale and Property Management systems.

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round (10 Month)

  • Skill Level: Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor systems and proactively respond to issues

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install all computer hardware, software, and peripherals

  • Ensure support tickets are being tracked and resolved in a timely manner in order to promote end user satisfaction

  • Facilitate provisioning of user accounts for all systems in a high turnover environment

  • Run, terminate, and repair phone and network cable throughout all properties

  • Provide support for multiple Wi-Fi systems

  • Work with vendors on support issues as needed

  • Serve as the first point-of-contact for end-user support requests via our ticketing system

  • Actively participate in training, observe company policies and procedures, and promote all company values

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, technical certifications a plus

  • Requires experience in the setup, configuration, use, and troubleshooting of Windows workstations

  • Requires strong knowledge of Windows 11 in an on-prem Windows domain

  • Experience working with hospitality systems, including POS terminals and software

  • Legacy phone system experience desirable (Avaya CM/IP Office, analog POTS)

  • Ability to lift between 50-100 pounds

The expected pay range is $24.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
