Job Summary:

The Skier Services Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to all lines of business within the Skier Services Department at Mount Snow. Responsibilities will include Child Care, Competition Services, and Guest Services with a focus on the specific needs of each line of business. This will include booking and billing of guests, purchasing, onboarding of staff, and other administrative duties. This role will have the opportunity to have an impact on all areas of Skier Services and will help us deliver on the employee and guest experience. This is a key role to the success of the department and will report to the Director of Skier Services. The ideal candidate will be organized, curious, willing to learn and outcome driven.

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet:  Mount Snow Clock Tower

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.80 - $28.49 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time

  • Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Booking guests and managing children’s schedules in Child Care and Summer Camp

  • Manage revenue for Child Care, including billing of tuition and state subsidy payments

  • Monitor guest email inbox and phone on Guest Services Manager’s days off

  • Support and audit purchasing within Skier services

  • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members during the summer

  • Assist in tracking and supporting Capital Projects as needed

  • Work closely with and assist other members of the Skier Services team.  Perform other projects/duties as requested by the leadership team of the Skier Services Department.

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Administrative experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • English, fluency in both written and verbal

  • Excellent guest service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong organizational and analytic skills

  • Ability to learn new skills and a desire to continuously improve

The expected pay range is $20.80 - $28.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
